Semples lodge was designed and constructed by a renowned local developer KMC. This unique home has accommodation set over 3 floors and enjoys stunning views over the 16th Fairway of the West Course.

MDN UK were contracted to design, supply and install all aspects of the electrical installation including exterior lighting, LED strip feature lighting, a complete AV system and an outdoor seating area complete with lights and speakers. The house also has a state of the art heating and ventilation system, consisting of air source heat pumps, multi room thermostatic control and underfloor heating throughout. The whole house is also connected through various smart home products and so can be controlled from your phone. From the mood lighting to the heating controls! You can even set timers and programs so it looks like someone is always home!
