Jellicoe Gardens
Project Overview
As part of the Kings Cross regeneration scheme, MDN were contracted to design and install the lighting and power at Jellicoe Gardens, a quiet micropark tucked behind the Aga Khan Centre. Inspired by Persian garden traditions and array of lights, shadows and water come together garden to create a tranquil, reflective space. The gardens pay tribute to Sir Geoffrey Jellicoe (1990-1996), the renowned architect and garden designer. A Camden resident, Sir Geoffrey was a founding member of the Landscape Institute and campaigned to save St Pancras Station in the 1960s.

As part of our works, MDN designed and built a smart lighting control system, architectural lighting and event power all emanating from existing building supplies.
