At the heart of Oxford North’s regeneration project, a landmark two-storey timber cycle pavilion is being developed, offering 191 secure bike storing spaces - short-stay parking on the ground floor and long-stay facilities on the first floor. Positioned beside the Red Hall and market square, the pavilion will also include a bike repair station. Collectively, the initiative aims to promote sustainable transport through its low-carbon timber construction, enhancing both functionality and architectural character.
