Project Overview

King’s Cross S4 is a key phase of the extensive redevelopment of the King’s Cross area in central London. This ambitious project is a part of the wider King’s Cross Central regeneration, one of the largest urban redevelopment schemes in Europe. Situated just north of King’s Cross Station, S4 will transform a previously underutilised area into a vibrant, sustainable urban environment, offering a blend of residential, commercial, retail, and cultural spaces.
