Crystal Palace Park is a major heritage-led regeneration project located in the heart of south London. Evolving from earlier proposals to reconstruct Paxton’s original Crystal Palace, the current masterplan focuses on restoring the park’s historic character while introducing new public amenities. Led by Bromley Council and the Crystal Palace Park Trust, the scheme includes the revitalisation of key features such as the Italian Terraces, sculptures, and the Victorian subway, alongside the creation of a new visitor centre, event spaces, and accessible park routes. The regeneration is being delivered in phases, ensuring the park remains open and active throughout its transformation.
