Project Overview

Blending nature with the energy of London, Exchange Square is set to become a year-round destination which will host everything from communal picnics with food from our local retailers to morning yoga in the sunshine. The park will become a haven for workers looking to enjoy outdoor space on their lunch breaks or for the local community to learn more about plants and biodiversity.

This large outdoor park sits in the centre of Broadgates many office blocks and so gets many daily visitors, especially in the summer. The refurbishment of the park will bring a new lease of life to the area with an array of atmospheric lighting and A/V equipment being installed.

Furthermore, Exchange Square was the principle award winner in the hard landscaping construction (non-domestic) - over £500k category at the BALI Awards 2022. The scheme then went on to win the prestigious grand award at the end of the ceremony showcasing its elegant design and high quality construction.

MDN UK have designed and installed a bespoke distribution, power, lighting, network & WiFi and sound system to this outdoor space which ensures its place as one of London's premier outdoor locations.
