MDN have completed two project's on the site, the ground floor courtyard and level seven terrace.

The new courtyard will allow everyone working, living or staying at One Crown Place easy access to fresh air without having to leave the building!

The rooftop terrace is located on the level seven which is the residents amenities floor. Not only will the residents have use of a Gymnasium, dining room, cinema room and studio but also an open air terrace with stunning views over London.
